As a certified doula, birth assistant and mother of four, Eliza has a wealth of knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. Sharing this information and helping mamas discover the deep wisdom of their own bodies is both her passion and her mission. Eliza will work closely with you and your family to make sure that you are ready and confident to encounter every aspect of the birthing process- before, during and after.
When not supporting women she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, listening to music, and indulging in self-care.

Brittney is a certified birth doula, birth assistant and mother of four. She believes in the power of a women’s body and her ability to birth her baby in the way she desires. Her passion lies in educating families and giving them the confidence to make informed choices. Brittney finds that her most important role is holding and loving the mother through the beautiful process of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
When not supporting women she loves spending time with her family, gardening, cooking and being outside.

Lauren is a birth and postpartum doula, lactation educator, and proud mother of two. She believes that women should be supported in their choices of where and how they give birth. She is dedicated to providing personalized birth support, and empowering families with evidence-based knowledge. Her favorite part of being a birth doula is witnessing the strength and resilience of mothers as they bring new life into the world.
When she’s not supporting families, Lauren enjoys family time, gardening, baking, and crafting.
